This Privacy Policy explains how Feasify Limited (New Zealand company number 9440317, NZBN 9429053774187) ("Feasify", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information. We comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs).
This policy covers personal information we collect through the Feasify website, web application and related services (the "Service"). It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
Note on property owner information. The Service incorporates public land and title data. Any information identifying property owners that we hold from land-records sources is stored in a restricted, isolated part of our database, is not accessible to the public-facing application, and is not disclosed through the Service, reports or APIs. It is handled separately from the personal information described in this policy.
2.1 Account information. When you sign in (via Google or LinkedIn) or by email link, we collect your name, email address and the authentication identifier provided by the sign-in provider. We do not collect or store your password. Providing this information is optional, but without it (in particular an email address) we cannot provide you with an account or the Service.
2.2 Usage information. We automatically record events and logs about how you use the Service — for example searches, reports generated, feedback submitted, IP address, device/browser information, and timestamps — for security, abuse-prevention, quota enforcement and product improvement. This includes a record of the specific properties and parcels you view (when you open a parcel's details or generate a report); we retain this and show it back to you as your browsing history in your account.
2.3 Communications and feedback. If you contact us, book a consultation, or submit feedback, we collect the information you provide.
We collect information directly from you, from your sign-in provider when you authenticate, and automatically as you use the Service.

7.1 Our primary application data is stored on infrastructure located in New Zealand.
7.2 Some service providers listed in clause 6 (for example Cloudflare, which operates globally including in the United States, and Resend, which may process email in Japan) may store or process limited personal information outside New Zealand. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we rely on contractual protections with those providers that require privacy safeguards comparable to those in the Privacy Act 2020, consistent with IPP 12.
We protect personal information with technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, restricted database roles and network isolation, access controls, isolation of sensitive data, encrypted backups, and audit logging. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of your account (see clause 10).

The Service is intended for professional and adult use and is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
